
SRD offers a series of workshops to assist faculty in proposal development. The Career workshops are offered annually each spring to assist junior faculty with their NSF CAREER proposals. The Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE), in collaboration with the Strategic Research Development (SRD) office, the Texas Engineering Experiment Station (TEES), and other academic units across campus, proposes an intense, weeklong program for newer engineering faculty that is intended to help them improve their skills in research, publication, and teaching in engineering.
